Time-to-Hire is so important. We created our Time-to-Hire Guarantee to help clients find people quicker and if we cannot knock 25% off the client’s average time to hire for that role, then after that it is FREE!

So how do we work together?

  1. Source Hero starts with a detailed call with key stakeholders and sets a communication plan.
  2. Once a Suitable Candidate has been identified they are sent to Internal Recruitment Team / Hiring Team.
  3. We then manage the process as the candidate interviews with the hiring team.
  4. We help to negotiate the offer and then manage the candidate until the day they start.

We are transparent with the data

We collect and build a talent pipeline for the role, so that you have all the information.

We share all of the data, including candidate information and candidate conversations.

We have a strict GDPR policy and ensure that all candidates have agreed to move forward for the roles before introduction.
