So, how do we work together?
- Source Hero starts with a detailed call with key stakeholders and sets a communication plan.
- Once a Suitable Candidate has been identified they are sent to Internal Recruitment Team / Hiring Team.
- We then manage the process as the candidate interviews with the hiring team.
- We help to negotiate the offer and then manage the candidate until the day they start.

We collect and build a talent pipeline for the role, so that you have all the information.
